These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Inbox Rent (“inboxrent.com“), operated by EXPANDA TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMACAO LTDA, a limited liability company registered under CNPJ No. 42.515.236/0001-00, with headquarters at Avenida Engenheiro Luiz Carlos Berrini, 1748, Conj 1710, Sao Paulo, SP, 04571-000, Brazil (“Inbox Rent,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. SERVICES
Inbox Rent is a professional and business email service provider and a domain name reseller, offering:
- Business email hosting services
- Domain name registration and management
- Associated technical support and infrastructure services
Services are provided subject to availability and may be modified at any time.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use our services. By using Inbox Rent, you declare that you meet these requirements.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Be fully responsible for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
You agree not to use our services for any illegal, abusive, or harmful purpose, including but not limited to:
- Spam, phishing, malware distribution, marketing messaging, or unsolicited messaging
- Fraud, identity theft, or deceptive practices
- Hosting or transmitting illegal, defamatory, or offensive content
- Violations of intellectual property rights
- Circumventing security or access controls
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
5. DOMAIN REGISTRATION SERVICES
As a domain reseller:
- Domain availability is not guaranteed until confirmed
- Domain registrations are subject to ICANN policies and registry rules
- You are responsible for maintaining accurate WHOIS information
- Failure to renew domains on time may result in permanent loss
Inbox Rent is not liable for domain loss caused by expired payments or incorrect user data.
6. PAYMENTS AND FEES
- All prices are displayed on inboxrent.com and may change without prior notice
- Payments must be made in advance, unless otherwise stated
- Fees are non-refundable, except where required by Brazilian law
- Late or failed payments may result in service suspension or termination
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All platform software, logos, trademarks, content, and designs are the exclusive property of Inbox Rent or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service without prior written authorization.
8. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
We process personal data in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13.709/2018) and our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
You acknowledge that:
- We may process technical and personal data to deliver services
- You are responsible for the personal data contained in your hosted content
- You must ensure legal consent for any data stored in your mailbox accounts
9. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We aim to provide continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure events may result in temporary downtime.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inbox Rent shall not be liable for:
- Loss of data, income, profits, or business interruption
- Security breaches caused by user negligence
- Third-party service failures (registries, DNS providers, payment processors)
Our total liability, under any theory, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months prior to the claim.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inbox Rent, its directors, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from:
- Your misuse of the services
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
12. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your account:
- For violation of these Terms
- For non-payment
- For illegal or abusive activities
- By court order or legal obligation
Users may terminate their accounts at any time, subject to outstanding payments.
13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Inbox Rent may integrate or rely on third-party services (e.g., domain registries, DNS services, email delivery networks). We are not responsible for their performance, policies, or failures.
14. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on inboxrent.com with the revised date. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sao Paulo, SP, Brazil.
16. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, cyberattacks, or governmental actions.
17. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Inbox Rent and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
